ExoAir® Foil Flashing is a durable, self-adhered flexible flashing and transition membrane designed for use in commercial construction. The 30-mil flashing consists of a foil facer combined with a butyl-hybrid adhesive.

UV resistance allows the membrane to be exposed during the construction process without degrading. Is fully compatible with the ExoAir Air Barrier product line.

ExoAir Foil Flashing is typically used in transition areas and around openings where a flexible flashing with UV resistance and/or high-temperature resistance is required. ExoAir Foil Flashing is an accessory that is used as a part of a system with other ExoAir products in order to inhibit the flow of air, water vapor and liquid water through the wall assembly.
