DOWSIL™ 888 Silicone Joint Sealant is a one-part, non-sag silicone designed for long-lasting performance in new construction, repair, and remedial joint applications. Upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, it cures to a flexible, low-modulus silicone rubber that provides excellent joint movement capability and reliable adhesion.

Engineered for demanding environments, DOWSIL 888 offers ±100% extension and -50% compression, making it ideal for joints that are not uniform in width. This versatile sealant is weather-resistant, UV-resistant, and offers short-term fuel resistance, making it a trusted choice for both commercial and infrastructure projects.

Cold-applied and ready-to-use, DOWSIL 888 requires no primer on Portland cement concrete, reducing labor and material costs. It extrudes easily across a wide application temperature range (-20°F to 120°F), cures quickly with a tack-free time of approximately 60 minutes, and delivers proven long-term durability in concrete and masonry joints.
