DOWSIL™ Tub, Tile & Ceramic Almond Silicone Sealant is a premium one-part, 100% silicone acetoxy cure sealant engineered for kitchen and bathroom applications where a durable, waterproof, and mildew-resistant seal is required. Designed specifically for non-porous surfaces, this high-performance silicone forms long-lasting watertight seals around tubs, showers, sinks, countertops, ceramic tile, plumbing fixtures, and other wet-area installations.
Once cured, DOWSIL Tub, Tile & Ceramic Sealant becomes a flexible, mildew-resistant silicone rubber that resists cracking, shrinking, chalking, and brittleness, even in high-moisture environments. Its 25% movement capability allows it to accommodate normal expansion and contraction, helping maintain a reliable seal over time.
Ideal for both professional contractors and DIY homeowners, this silicone sealant also serves as an adhesive and grout replacement for repairing or replacing ceramic tiles. The fast-curing formula offers a working time of approximately 5–10 minutes and cures within 24 hours under normal conditions.
